Admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2015, Brendan is a transactional lawyer, assisting clients ranging from first home buyers, vendors, purchasers, developers and property investors.
Brendan’s area of practice is property and commercial law. He is passionate about achieving the best outcome for clients, in matters such as sale and purchase of Land, retail and commercial leasing, off the plan developments, and sale of business.
On a journey with Developers, Brendan acts from the inception of the project, being acquisition of the site, to sale of the plan, and registration and completion at the end of the project. Brendan assists developers in navigating DA Conditions, and meeting lender’s criteria.
Brendan has also acted on various franchise agreements, and Vendors and Purchasers for sale and purchase of business.
